GENERAL FAQ
  • Our processing time is 1-3 business days. The majority of orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days.
  • Transit time and cost is estimated based on the chosen service with an origin of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
  • Expedited orders have a processing time of 1 business day and are subject to additional fees. Expedited orders placed by 12pm CST will ship the same day.
  • FedEx is our primary carrier. At this time, we do not ship via U.S. Postal Service.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
  • We ship to all 50 states and U.S. territories.
  • We are not responsible for errors or misinterpretations that may result from phone orders. It is the customers’ responsibility to check the order confirmation that is sent to the account’s email address to check for accuracy. Contact the office immediately via email or phone to correct any mistakes.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We ship via standard FedEx Ground Service. To ensure timely delivery, orders may ship directly from our warehouse or one of our manufacturers and may be invoiced separately. Please allow additional days for shipments coming from our manufacturer's warehouse. Federal holidays and weekends do not count towards business days. Unless otherwise specified, all orders are shipped FOB shipping point. We do not ship COD.
SHIPPING RATES
With the exception of special promotions offered by aspecialtybox.com, shipping rates are calculated by shipping destination and factors which are determined by FedEx. For additional information regarding rates and transit times please visit www.fedex.com.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please note that all international shipping rates are calculated offline. Our customer service team will provide a shipping quote for approval before international orders are processed. Additional custom duties, taxes, and brokerage fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

We also accept international orders for delivery to a U.S. address using a freight forwarder. If you are using a freight forwarder, you are responsible for all shipping arrangements directly with the freight forwarder. Please use the freight forwarder's U.S. address as the shipping address when placing your order.
All orders must be paid in U.S. dollars.
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
There are three ways to place an order.

  • Visit our website and order online.

Please have payment information ready. All payments are in U.S. dollars. Credit card payments must be issued by a U.S. bank.
