Phone, Fax, Email or Mail orders are paid by VISA, MasterCard, or Discover. Online orders are paid by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. Customers may apply for an open account by requesting and completing a credit application. Processing for credit terms take 10 to 14 business days if your references comply. Return Policy

All sales are final. However, merchandise may be returned for credit or replacement upon issuance of an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number and ONLY if the merchandise is defective or in the case of a shipping error. Product must be unused and undamaged to receive full credit. If your order is wrong by your own error, returns are subject to round trip shipping charges and a 10% or a minimum $10.00 restocking fee, whichever is greater. For an RMA request, you must respond within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise and merchandise must be returned within 14 calendar days of RMA issuance. To obtain an RMA number you must call our toll-free number and speak with an aspecialtybox.com associate.

Any claims for shipment loss or damage must be made with the carrier. Liability for all goods damaged or lost in transit rests with the carrier. If your merchandise is damaged in transit, please refuse the shipment. In the event of damage, the consignee (customer) must file a claim directly with the freight company
