QUALITY: In order to maintain the quality of products purchased, it is recommended that you store products in a cool, dry area equal to or less than 65% relative humidity and use within a twenty-four month period.

RETURNS: All sales are final. However, merchandise may be returned for credit or replacement only upon issuance of an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and only if merchandise is defective or in the case of a shipping error. Product must be unused, undamaged and returned in original box (if possible) to receive full credit. If your order is wrong by your own error, returns are subject to round trip shipping charges and a 10% restocking charge or a minimum $10.00 restocking fee, whichever is greater.

*No Returns will be accepted on trays or padding.

*No Returns will be accepted without an authorization code.

*Shipping Charges are not refundable. *Customer is responsible for return freight charges.

*Assembled boxes, hearts, bags or cellos will not be accepted for return.

DAMAGED BOXES: Please check all boxes at time of delivery if possible. If suspected damage during transport, alert driver before signing and contact aspecialtybox.com. If damaged or defective products were delivered not related to shipping please check all boxes and call aspecialtybox.com to initiate RMA if indicated by customer service.

*It is the customer's responsibility to inspect each product for damage or defective items at the time of delivery.

*Returns are not accepted over 30 days old.

We do not accept responsibility for any errors or misinterpretation that might result from phone orders. Use our product number when referencing a particular item.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING: We ship to the United States. We do our best to ship all orders within 2 business days. We ship standard ground service unless otherwise requested utilizing Fed-Ex or UPS delivery services. To insure fast service, orders may ship directly from our warehouse or one of our manufacturers and may be invoiced separately. Please allow additional days for these shipments. Unless otherwise specified, all orders are shipped FOB shipping point. We do not ship COD. You may wish to use your own shipping carrier for specific orders, please contact our customer service and advise them of the courier you would like, delivery type and the account number that you wish to use. For online orders you may place information in comments section of order. For changes to your shipping please follow up to verify that this information was received by our office. We do not accept responsibility for any errors or misinterpretation that might result from phone orders.
